Do you ever feel like you aren’t present in your own life? Like everything is just happening around you, and you’ve lost control? Do you struggle to manage your daily life because you’re not feeling your best and don’t know where to start getting back on track?
Maybe you have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety or another mental health issue. Don’t worry you’re not alone, and I want to help you feel better Well; maybe we can help each other! I have struggled to manage my mental health for as long as I can remember. Throw in a few kids also fighting an array of mental health conditions, and you’ve got a right ol’ mess!
The problem with real life is you can’t just press pause while you fix yourself. Management of your mental health is an ongoing process and something that needs to be worked on daily. My aim is to break everything down into easy to digest step by step categories and posts.

I ‘m no mental health expert, however, I’ve got a few mental health management courses (and life experiences!) under my belt, and I want to pass that information on to you. I’ve embraced my imperfections and allowed myself to just be. I understand I am a work in progress and that every day is a journey. I sincerely hope I can offer you some encouragement and support in some way.
